Terms of service

Anvaya AI lets your organization upload documents and ask questions that are answered from those documents, with references to their sources, and run approved workflows.

Your organization owns the documents it uploads and the answers generated from them. You grant MatrixNet only the rights needed to host, process and display that content to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Do not upload unlawful material or malware, attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the service, or use it to break any law.

Answers are generated by AI from your documents and can be incomplete or wrong. Check the cited source before relying on an answer for legal, financial, medical or other important decisions. Anvaya AI does not provide professional advice.

Fees and service levels are set in your order or agreement. We work to keep the service available and secure, and may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Either party may end the service as set out in your agreement. On termination we will, on request, make your documents available for export for 30 days and then delete them, except where law requires otherwise.

To the extent the law allows, MatrixNet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
