Privacy policy

• Account details: name, work email, organization and role, set by you or your administrator.
• Documents your organization uploads and the text extracted from them.
• Usage records: questions asked, answers given, uploads and administrative actions, kept as an audit trail for your organization.
• Demo requests: the details you enter in the website form.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in security logs.

To provide the service: indexing documents, answering questions with sources, enforcing access permissions, keeping audit records, securing the platform and supporting your administrators. Demo-request details are used only to contact you about Anvaya AI. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Hosting: a dedicated server in a European data centre stores documents, the search index and backups. Answer generation: when you ask a question, only the passages relevant to it are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to write the answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models. Private or on-premises deployment is available for organizations that need data to stay on their own infrastructure.

Documents and usage records are kept while your organization uses the service, or until an administrator deletes them, subject to any legal hold your organization sets. Encrypted backups are kept for 14 days. Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Access is protected by organization isolation, roles and groups; uploads are malware-scanned; connections use HTTPS; backups are encrypted. See our security overview.

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. If your account belongs to an organization, we will usually route the request through its administrator. Write to info@matrixnet.com.np.
