FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Can Anvaya make things up?

It answers only from what it finds in your documents and shows the source. If the information isn't there, it says so. For important decisions we still recommend opening the cited source to confirm.

Which file types are supported?

PDF (including scanned), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), CSV, TXT and Markdown, up to 50 MB per file.

Does it read scanned Nepali documents?

Yes. Scanned pages are converted to text with Nepali and English OCR. Quality depends on the scan — text-based PDFs remain the most reliable.

Who can see which documents?

Admins can make documents visible to everyone, admins only, or specific groups. Answers and suggestions are built only from documents the user is allowed to see.

Where is our data stored?

In the cloud edition, on a dedicated server in a European data centre. For regulated institutions, private deployment on your own servers is available.

How fast can we start?

Once you share a sample of documents, we set up a pilot and review the results with your team.
